How To Attach Files For Downloads On Blogger

Sometimes, you may want to make a file available for download or share with your readers from your blogger blog. Blogger allows us to upload picture, images and videos. But it doesn't have a feature to upload Zip files,txt files, PDF, DOC, TXT and other types of formats. In this post we are going to show you how to upload files to blogger. Here we are using google site for hosting file. 

How To Upload Files To Google Site

1. First you need to create a Google Sites account and your first site

2. After this go to the created site and click on the drop down menu at the top right of the page.

3. Click on "Manage Site."

4. Click on "Attachments."

5. Click on "Upload" and choose the file you would like to upload.

6. Once the file is uploaded , right click on "Download" and copy the link

The link would look like this:

https://sites.google.com/site/techzainsite/Test%20Download.txt?attredirects=0&d=1

7. Just delete the rest part after the file name to make it look like this.

https://sites.google.com/site/techzainsite/Test%20Download.txt

Google Sites file hosting is only for small files (Max attachment size: 20Mb and Site quota: 100Mb/site ). if you intend to host large files, try using the Google Drive Or any other file sharing sites.
