Idea Cellular launches a range of post-paid offers

Idea Cellular has introduced several voice and data centric initiatives for post-paid subscribers.

The operator has introduced a tariff voucher priced at Rs 899 which offers 4,000 local and STD minutes and 1,000 mobile roaming minutes. Users can also avail of 450 local and national SMSs.

The Rs 1,299 tariff voucher offers users voice benefits similar to those offered by the tariff voucher priced at Rs 899. In addition, the tariff voucher priced at Rs 1,299 offers users 5 GB of 3G data usage. Meanwhile, customers recharging with the Rs 1,599 tariff voucher will get 10,000 local, STD and roaming mobile minutes and 1,000 local and national SMSs, along with 8 GB of 3G data usage.

These tariff vouchers are available across the country, except Punjab where the tariff vouchers vary.

Commenting on the launch of the plans, "Sashi Shankar, chief marketing officer, Idea Cellular, says, "We are experiencing a change in consumer behavior and usage pattern in the telecom category. Users not only want more value for money but also seek convenience and flexibility. Keeping this in mind, we have designed the Idea buffet plans, which will help restrict the monthly bill of users, but not their usage!"
